Sara Steele, a long-time activist and a great friend of the National Clearinghouse for the Defense of Battered Women, works with numerous local, national, and international nonprofit organizations on issues of peace, social and environmental justice, human rights, health and women's issues, and violence prevention. This poster is beautifully matted bronze tones in a lovely frame. Early art from the 1980's Women's Movement; obtained through a feminist restaurant's exhibit
( Mother Courage, NYC) to support battered women.


Measures 23.5" x 29.5" (including the frame)  The poster is a bit faded, but still vibrant, beautiful, and empowering.  Similar posters from her art and this period are on Etsy for $60+, (and not framed) This beautiful piece enhances any wall.
