Artist Statement:
As an artist who works in clay full time and who mainly focuses on functional work, it is always fun to get out of my routine and make a codfish for this auction to support the MFoA.
Artist Biography:
Kirsten received a Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics and owns The Clay School in Lynn. She graduated from Skidmore College in 1997 and lives in Marblehead with her family.

Item Special Note
Pick-up of purchased cods will be July 12 from 12-3 and July 13 from 3-6 at Sagan Harborside Sotheby's 1 Essex St, Marblehead. The winning bidder will receive a notification email with information including pick-up time and location.
If the winning bidder requires shipping, their credit card will be charged a separate $35 fee to cover USPS ground and handling. Shipping is available within the U.S. only and must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the notification email.
If the winning bidder has not picked up their cod (or provided shipping address) within 30 days after the close of the auction, the cod will become the property of Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc.
