Letters to the Earth #1, is a woodcut reflecting on what will remain if we allow the warming of the climate to continue, and resulting impact on forests, and ultimately on nature, and human health. From a series included in exhibitions entitled "Letters to the Earth Beyond Despair and Hope"

Roger Sutcliffe is an award-winning painter and printmaker with a Diploma in Fine Arts He is a member of the Ottawa Gatineau Print Connective, and served on the Ontario Society of Artists Executive Council. His creations have been exhibited in over 200 exhibitions (solo, juried, group, and touring).
Roger Sutcliffe est un peintre et un graveur primé titulaire d'un diplôme en beaux-arts. Il est membre du Collectif d'artistes-graveurs d'Ottawa-Gatineau et a siégé au conseil exécutif de l'Ontario Society of Artists. Ses créations ont été présentées dans le cadre de plus de 200 expositions individuelles, de groupe, itinérantes ou par jury.
