About Jordan Seavey:

BM Music Education, University of Southern Maine; Foundation Studies in Anthroposophy and the Arts, Antioch University New England

A classical pianist, conductor, and music educator, Jordan began studying piano at age 7. Prior to joining the Green Meadow faculty, he served for six years as director of music at Merriconeag Waldorf School in Freeport, ME, where he taught choral, instrumental, and classroom music in Grades 1-12. As a pianist, Jordan has balanced performing and teaching, maintaining a busy private piano studio for 10 years in the Portland, ME area. As a singer, he has toured Austria, Italy, and France with the USM Chamber Singers. Jordan was born and raised in Maine and enjoys cooking, camping, downhill skiing, and golf, and serves as the co-advisor to the Class of 2025.
