Item Description
10" x 5" (250mm x 125mm)
This exquisite, one-of-a-kind vase is crafted from catalpa wood sourced from the historic Thoreau Farm. Hand-turned to showcase the wood’s natural grain and enhanced with a rich green finish, its smooth curves and organic beauty make it a striking centerpiece.
The catalpa used for this piece comes from a large branch trimmed in 2024 from the majestic tree behind the Thoreau farmhouse—offering a tangible connection to the landscape that inspired Henry David Thoreau.
"Catalpa from the Thoreau farm" engraved on the bottom.
