Item Description
The shawl was woven on a triangular loom using our Suri alpaca fiber by Marcia Stone. She is also one of our artists at the Artisan Christmas Market in November. Under her Stone Spun label, Marcia Stone sells hand-dyed, handspun natural fiber yarns, home goods and wearables. She uses natural fibers like wool, silk, alpaca, cashmere, angora and linen in a dazzling array of colors. She also creates custom works upon request.

Marcia is a retired design professional who taught design at Herron School of Art and Design. Now she teaches fiber arts, including Sheep to Shawl, knitting and encaustic painting at the Indianapolis Art Center.
