Step Back in Time to the Era of Prohibition, Speakeasies and Gangs in Chicago, Illinois for Four Days & Three Nights at Either the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, Swissotel Chicago or Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile for Two, Including a Gangsters and Ghosts Tour and a Chicago Craft Brewery Barrel Bus Tour. From gangsters to ghosts, mobsters to jazz and blues music, Chicago is a city unlike any other - it's got architectural marvels, world-class museums, dynamic entertainment, and an award-winning dining scene you'd expect from one of the world's greatest cities. Delve into its history, visit old haunts, and go back in time to the Prohibition Era with two fascinating tours! Discover luxury and elegance at one of three premier hotels, either The Fairmont Chicago, the Swissôtel Chicago, or Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile, which offer exclusive settings in the city's famous skyline.

Experience a colorful side of Chicago history with the Gangsters and Ghosts Tour. Guided by a historian, you'll step back in time to the roaring 20s, when the Chicago Loop was a hub for bootleggers and speakeasies and was headquarters for gangsters like the infamous Al Capone. Visit onetime gangster hangouts to get a glimpse of Chicago's dark past, and haunted sites like the Palmer House (the oldest hotel in Chicago and among the oldest in the country), Congress Hotel (Capone's ghost is often seen near his old suite on the eighth floor!), and Death Alley. You'll also walk along the Riverwalk to hear spooky and verified ghost stories, pass by Cloud Gate (also known as the bean), and stop at the Chicago Theatre.

There's no better way to travel from brewery to brewery than in a Prohibition-era styled barrel bus! Step on the bus through the speakeasy-style vertical door to start your one-of-a-kind guided Chicago Brewery Tour! Get a sense of what it was like to visit a brewery before Prohibition as you visit the unique breweries and sample craft beers. You'll visit an additional brewing production facility for an in-depth tour, and discover the science behind the brewing process, complete with step-by-step procedures. Meanwhile, raise your glass to plenty of beer samples throughout the tour!

Go upscale in downtown Chicago at one of three premier hotels. The unique Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile, designed by French architect Jean-Paul Viguier is a 32-floor prism of glass providing opulent accommodations just minutes from the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Museum of Contemporary Art, Lake Michigan and many fashionable boutiques and restaurants.
