Card is mint, with no marks. This is from the 1979-1980 Topps / O-Pee-Chee Set (the primary manufacturer of Hockey Cards during the season.) The Card shows Blaine Stoughton, a member of the 1979-1980 "Hartford Whalers". Blaine was the Team's Top Goal Scorer that season, with 56 goals (and second in total points, with 100 scored).
