Come experience our one-of-a-kind Hawaii distillery located in the foothills of the legendary Ko?olau Mountains. Learn about the Ko?olau Distillery story and how we craft Old Pali Road Whiskey, one batch at a time with a narrated step-by-step guide by a one of our professional distillers.
We share what makes Ko?olau Distillery so unique and the steps involved in the whiskey distilling process: Mashing, Fermenting, Distilling, Aging, and finally Bottling. We will conclude with a distiller-led tasting of each of our craft spirits. Stick around afterwards for outstanding live music and fantastic food truck offerings.
