Her whale this year was inspired by her love of Chatham and Cape Cod, with one side representing a scene from Pleasant Bay, the place where she learned to sail as a child. Little Sipson and Strong Island are seen in the background. The other side represents a map, including the new island in the North Cut off of North Chatham that formed during a late Spring Nor'easter this year, as well as other familiar areas like Nickerson Neck, Pleasant Bay, North Beach, etc. This is her 6th year participating in Chatham Art in the Park.
