Artist Statement:
'Catch of the Day' was born out of my desire to create a 3-D cod for this year's fundraiser. Starting with the wooden cod shape, I added more wood to make a solid block. Then I began to whittlenever whittled before! Enjoyed the process immensely. My interpretation of M'head's beloved Golden Cod.

Pick-up of purchased cods will be July 12 from 12-3 and July 13 from 3-6 at Sagan Harborside Sotheby's 1 Essex St, Marblehead. The winning bidder will receive a notification email with information including pick-up time and location.
If the winning bidder requires shipping, their credit card will be charged a separate $35 fee to cover USPS ground and handling. Shipping is available within the U.S. only and must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the notification email.
If the winning bidder has not picked up their cod (or provided shipping address) within 30 days after the close of the auction, the cod will become the property of Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc.
