Executive Chef Mike DiLeo, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, has worked alongside many notable chefs in the food and beverage industry since 2001. He is Michelin Star trained and a noted New York Times chef. Today, Chef Mike has his own at-home catering business called Catering by Chef Mike. He is in demand in the tri-state area for a vast array of events, from buffets to cocktail parties, to instructional dinner and cooking classes. The winner of this auction will receive a gift certificate good for a private sit-down dinner for two people and cocktails in the comfort of your own home! Wine is not included.
