All units have been professionally decorated inside and out with high-end furniture and appliances, plus all the amenities you'll need for an amazing beach vacation! Cook up something delicious in the fully-stocked kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill, soak up the sun relaxing on the rooftop as you look out at the Caribbean Sea, relax in the large private pool and take advantage of the amazing 360 degree views and ocean breeze! You'll be close enough to walk into town, yet on a private and quiet street without the traffic and noise, typical of most other properties in the Village.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Tour runs on specific days of the week and at specific times. If tour is not available, it may be substituted with equal or similar experience. A minimum 90 day advance reservation is required. Blackout dates are Thanksgiving week and the last 2 weeks of December including Christmas and New Year's. Gas coverage for golf cart not included. Roundtrip transfers from Placencia Airport to condo. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Please email auction@stmaryhs.org to find out deadline to travel.
